Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Texas seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging and venipuncture when indicated, while assisting the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases.

This role supports a Magnet-designated, patient-centered imaging department delivering high-quality care across Level III Trauma, NICU and Maternal Care, with a strong commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and MQSA guidelines.
• Current ARRT(M) with Texas MRT certification, or ARMRIT.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging.
• Assist Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases and venipuncture when indicated.

Education

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines

Licenses And/or Certifications

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT (M) combined with Texas Department of State Health certification (MRT), or ARMRIT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association

Work Experience

• 1 year work experience, preferred
