Job summary

Sturdy Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures under the supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of MRI technology experience and ARRT or ARMRIT certification. Responsibilities include patient safety during MRI procedures and maintaining equipment. The position offers a salary range of $40.39 to $62.82 per hour along with additional healthcare and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an intravenous certification class during the probationary period.
• 1-3 months of orientation or equivalent on-the-job training required.

Job Summary

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0

Under supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist and following established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties related to MRI. Performs MRI procedures in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ illnesses and injuries, and is responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing MRI procedures and for the use of MRI equipment.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in MRI Technology
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy, and/or willingness to continue formal education in this category within a designated time period
• Will require 1‑3 months of orientation or the equivalent with on‑the‑job training based on existing skill‑set

Preferred Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience

• Hands on experience with Siemens MRI equipment
• Synapse/PACS experience

Educational Requirements

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification in Radiologic Technology and MRI Technology; successful completion of an intravenous certification class approved by this institution, successfully accomplished within the 12‑week probationary period

License / Certification

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification in Radiologic Technology and MRI Technology required

Salary Range
