Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a qualified Radiologic MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology school or MRI program, RT with 1 year radiology experience or ARMRIT/ARRT MR registries, and current Heart Association BLS.

Preferred candidates include ARRT MR or ARMRIT MR and about one year of MRI training and experience, with a commitment to patient care and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
2. Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

1. Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)
2. One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
