Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks an MRI Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care in Minnesota. The role focuses on applying imaging techniques, maintaining safety, and coordinating with the radiology team to ensure timely exams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years radiology experience, ARRT Radiology Tech certification, and BLS. MRI experience and MR safety leadership are advantageous with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of radiology experience.
• ARRT Radiology Tech certification.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• For tech acting as MRSO must hold MRSO certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI Examinations.
• Applies advanced understanding of imaging techniques and disease processes.
• Ensures MRI safety guidelines are demonstrated and enforced.
• Maintains patient data integrity and accurate image identification.
• Mentors new employees and participates in improvement initiatives.
