Job summary

Park Nicollet Radiology in Minnesota seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI with emphasis on safety and patient care. The role involves operating MRI equipment, maintaining image quality, and educating staff on protocols.

The candidate should hold ARRT MR licensure, pursue advanced registry if needed, and maintain BLS. A collaborative, patient‑centered team environment is offered with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry required and must be maintained.
• Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance required within 12 months after first shift working solo within modality.
• Must maintain ARRT (R)(MR).
• Ultrasound or nuclear medicine certification may be considered in lieu of ARRT (R) based on business need.
• BLS certification within 6 months and continuously maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality and accurate diagnostic MRI following established protocols.
• Interacts with patients, clinicians, and staff professionally.
• Educates and trains others on MRI equipment, procedures, image quality, and exposure techniques.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains competency in new technology.
