Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, verify information, collect copays, and notify arrivals.
• Obtain insurance approvals, collect signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; confirm changes with staff.
• Sterilize equipment and tools in each department before exams.
• Assist radiology technologists and patients during procedures.
• Safeguard patient property and PHI per policy.
• Safeguard medications and comply with company policies.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff.
