Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking an MRI Technologist in Sugar Land, TX. You will perform MRI exams, participate in QA, and document cases for radiologists while maintaining safety and patient care standards.

Strong communication, technical proficiency, and relevant ARRT/ARRT credentials are required. This role supports a team across multiple locations and offers ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT-MR or ARMRIT or CMRT credentials required with no experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to use computer keyboard and grasp digital image acquisition and venipuncture.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic MRI exams according to policies, procedures and protocols.
• Participates in Quality Control and documents maintenance and logs.
• Uses RIS and PACS systems and documents cases for radiologists.
• Maintains MRI safety and venipuncture competence.
• Engages in ongoing training and communicates with staff and physicians.
