Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and related equipment, capturing high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians. The role requires ARRT registration, a radiology degree, and CPR as applicable.

A minimum of 1 year in a related field is preferred, with health certification as required by contract or state regulations, and candidate must meet all applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in radiology required/preferred.
• ARRT registration required or per state/contract.
• 1 year of experience in related field preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal/state/local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Job description

The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imagingscanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by aphysician to aid in patient diagnosis.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field
• Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulationsor contract specification.
• One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
