Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and related equipment, capturing diagnostic images per physician orders. Travel assignments span healthcare facilities in Cambridge, MA and Fall River, MA.

Eligible candidates typically hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in radiology, ARRT registration where required, CPR if applicable, and a health certificate; one year of related experience is preferred, with strict adherence to all regulations and patient

Job description

The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imagingscanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by aphysician to aid in patient diagnosis.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field
• Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulationsor contract specification.
• One (1) one year of experience in related field preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
