$30,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible applicants. The MRI Team Leader serves as the modality technical expert for assigned modality and/or imaging location. The Team Leader is a “working supervisor,” expected to perform clinical work, coordinate patient care, and supervise delivery of patient care. Primary responsibilities include coordination of patient care, oversight of patient safety, process improvement, quality, consistency, standardization of imaging protocols, staff competency and training, policy adherence, equipment, staff schedules, and supply management. Works closely with modality manager and/or operations manager to provide administrative leadership assistance.
