Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking an MRI Supervisor to oversee the clinical and operational performance of the MRI department. This role ensures that regulatory compliance and CMHS policies are followed while coordinating processes across teams.
The supervisor provides input for policy development, training, and best practices, and collaborates with leadership to maintain employee competency, efficiency, and high-quality patient care.
Salary Range: $47.72 - $66.43 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Position Overview:
The MRI Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and operational performance of the MRI department and ensures that clinical processes are coordinated and functioning effectively, while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and CMHS policies and procedures. This position provides input for the development of policies and procedures, training and best practices for use within the MRI department and assists in implementing standardization, performance improvement, integration and optimization strategies. The MRI Supervisor works closely with the Diagnostic Imaging department leadership team to ensure employee competencies, training and other departmental projects are completed in a timely manner and is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, customer service and quality standards. The MRI Supervisor serves as the primary resource for MRI related information throughout the organization.
