Qualifications

• ARRT RT(R) and RT(MR) certification or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The MRSO collaborates with leadership to develop safety procedures, educates staff on MRI safety, and manages active device workflows, such as pacemakers and stimulators. The position requires providing patient care, maintaining core competencies, and working independently or with a team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree or higher;
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))) and MRI (R.T.(MR))) through ARRT or equivalent;
• Certified MRI Safety Officer (MRSO);
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
• Strong knowledge of MRI equipment, safety standards, and regulatory compliance;
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
