Job summary

Jackson Health System, Radiology MRI Department, is seeking a Radiology Support Associate. The role supports patient prep, transport, and room turnover for MRI procedures in the Jackson Memorial Hospital radiology suite.

Requires High School diploma, 0–3 years of related experience, CPR certification, and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Shift is full-time days, M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm, with standard hospital protocols and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient, equipment and procedure room before/after exams.
• Assists patients to/from Radiology Department and maintains privacy.
• Transports patients to Radiology and other areas as needed.
• Directs visitors and patients to appropriate areas.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and adheres to infection control.
