Orlando Health seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to provide direct patient care and perform advanced MRI procedures for quality imaging. The role emphasizes updating MRI guidelines, coordinating across imaging sites, and sharing expertise with staff.

The candidate must hold a Florida radiologic technology license, ARRT MRI certification, and have at least three years of MRI experience with hospital imaging systems.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree with two years of experience may substitute for Bachelor’s degree.
• Must maintain a Florida state license as a Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• Must maintain ARRT certification in Radiology and MRI.
• Three years of MRI experience with proficiency in hospital imaging systems.
• Experience in CT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the high quality and consistency of MRI guidelines throughout Orlando Health.
• Serves as the primary liaison between Radiologists/Cardiologists and the MRI technologists on MRI guidelines and regulatory issues.
• Implements new MRI software and technology.
• Rotates regularly across facilities to provide MRI services, addressing site-specific QA/QC issues.
• Ensures safety of patients and compliance with policies and procedures.
