Responsibilities

• Oversees modality-specific activities in medical imaging.
• Develops and implements staff orientation, competency standards, and professional development.
• Manages day-to-day operations of MRI and mentors staff.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and quality improvement goals.
• Oversees budgeting and resource planning for medical imaging.
• Leads accreditation processes (ACR) and safety programs.
• Supervises frontline staff and participates in hospital committees.
• Maintains time and attendance systems for imaging departments.
