Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service, administrative, healthcare, and/or relevant professional experience.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of start date required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, prepares, and delivers specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Prepares and cleans examination rooms, instruments, and equipment for specific procedures.
• Escorts patients to various hospital locations and delivers, orders, and inventories general clinic supplies.
• Performs administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, assisting patients with billing, and coding information and answering basic medical questions.
• Performs routine vital signs, basic tests, assists with minor procedures, and administers medications as directed by a supervising clinician.
• Patient communication: Educate patients about scheduled procedures, and follow‑up instructions. Screen patients for potential safety concerns. Provide excellent customer service and maintain compassionate professional patient care.
