Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations for research in CCIR at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. You will learn and apply new MR imaging technologies to support education of research and clinical personnel.

You will maintain research records, ensure HIPAA-compliant data transfers, and assist in training staff and resources for CCIR projects. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling to optimize CCIR resources.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within one month of hire.
• MRI Technologist experience: 1 year in Magnetic Resonance Imaging-based research.
• ARRT MR certification preferred or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans for research studies in CCIR and Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology.
• Develop and maintain research records and electronic data associated with studies.
• Facilitate data transfers and ensure HIPAA compliance in data handling.
• Assist in training staff and developing resources for project coordination.
