Job summary

BJC HealthCare System is seeking a Full-Time Radiology Supervisor for MRI Support Services at Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on MRI operations, staff leadership, and coordination of inpatient and outpatient imaging services.

Qualifications

• Certification as RT(R) and/or MR.
• Associate's Degree or trade school equivalency.
• MR Certification.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership and/or supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance and development.
• Monitors department resources to maximize productivity and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Serves as liaison between staff and physicians.
• Evaluates the care and testing delivered and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• May participate in departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgets and adherence to goals.
