Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Second-year Radiologic Technology or Sonography student, or completed program awaiting licensure up to 6 months.
• BLS Certification required (will obtain during orientation if needed).
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with imaging exams and clerical duties.
• Explain studies to patients and families, ensuring understanding.
• Prepare imaging rooms and maintain supplies.
• Safely transfer patients using proper body mechanics.
• Rotate within departments to ensure proper coverage.
