Our client is a pioneering leader in MR-guided, noninvasive treatment solutions in neurosurgery among other clinical areas. This is an exceptional opportunity to join this exceptional company. This position is based anywhere on the West Coast working 2nd and 3rd shifts. Travel 60-80% in the US, with occasional travel abroad for training.
MUST-have requirements
3-5 years’ experience in field service for multi-disciplinary systems (MRI and ultrasound)
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering + good mechanical capabilities
An ability to solve Hardware and Software problems dealing with a variety of multivariable situations
Ability and drive for learning and work on new technology
Organized, structured, hands-on and capable of working independently
Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule

System troubleshooting and diagnosis of source of failures
Preventive maintenance and repairs
Failure, maintenance and service reporting in ERP system
Perform system installations at new sites in the US
