Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rose Medical Center seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor to coordinate MRI operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, productivity, and budgets while participating in call rotations and maintaining patient safety standards.

The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and 5 years MRI experience with 3 years supervisory work. You will collaborate with radiology leadership to drive quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification; BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• 5 years MRI experience preferred, 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be familiar with MRI exams and procedures with strong critical thinking and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily MRI department operations under radiology leadership.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; maintain competency-based performance.
• Manage supplies, inventory, productivity, and budget targets.
• Participate in call rotation including weekends/holidays; provide coverage as needed.
