Qualifications

• ARRT registered radiographer with state license as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures.
• Assists radiologists in procedures such as biopsies.
• Maintains records of examinations performed.
• Positions patients and equipment to produce accurate images.
• Administers contrast material for CT and MRI procedures.
• Monitors patient safety and privacy during imaging.
• Performs equipment quality control and calibrations.
• Trains new staff and supports department clerical needs.
