Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of accredited Radiography program or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in CT and/or MRI.
• Ability to perform imaging examinations using established protocols.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all areas CT and MRI.
• Ability to work in stressful situations.
• High degree of maturity and exercises judgment with patients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor safety checks on patients, employees, and visitors in MRI/CT area.
• Ensure patient history and labs are reviewed; verify contrast screening forms.
• Position patients, start IVs, inject contrast as prescribed, and produce diagnostic images.
• Process images to PACS and prepare for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper distancing; document patient signs and symptoms.
