Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions is responsible for onsite technical training of Siemens MRI platforms at customer sites. The role delivers expert training, ensures customer satisfaction, and represents Siemens Healthineers with professionalism.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, designing programs, and delivering comprehensive education both in person and virtually. Travel is high (90–95%) with a focus on customer outcomes and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; graduate from radiologic technology program preferred.
• Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality.
• Typically 4+ years of successful experience in related field and teaching/training roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers on Siemens MRI systems, software, features, and workflows.
• Develop onsite and virtual training content in coordination with Education Development Specialist.
• Create training plans, materials, tutorials, and resources for customer and internal education.
• Evaluate customer training needs and design modules aligned with Education Development goals.
• Support coach accounts and collaborate with clinical education team for program improvement.
• Develop and maintain training content for e-learning platforms and the training website.
