Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an experienced Education and Workforce Solutions trainer to deliver onsite and virtual education for Siemens MRI platforms and components at customer facilities. You will design training programs, develop materials, and ensure a high standard of customer excellence with professionalism.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, MR modality licensure, Siemens MR experience, and extensive travel (90–95%). Hybrid work with some remote activity is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field; graduate from radiologic technology program preferred.
• Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality.
• Typically 4+ years of successful experience in related field.
• Siemens MR system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers on Siemens imaging systems and software features.
• Develop onsite and virtual education programs and materials.
• Create training plans with materials, tutorials, and resources.
• Evaluate education needs and align with customer and internal teams.
• Develop virtual education for customers and employees.
• Coordinate with Education Development Specialist and delivery teams.
