Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions provides onsite technical training for Siemens MRI platforms at customer facilities. This role ensures clinical education training on MRI systems is delivered with customer excellence and professionalism.

The educator develops training content, evaluates customer needs, and collaborates with Education Development Specialist to create engaging learning materials. Travel 90-95% is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred or a graduate from a certified Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality.
• Typically, 4+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Siemens MR system experience required.
• MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience - preferred.
• Teaching experience – preferred.
• Required Travel 90-95%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers as it relates to Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities and workflows.
• Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education as it relates to Siemens systems, software, features, functionalities, and workflows, for both internal and external Siemens partners.
• Evaluate education needs of customers and create and develop training plans with materials, tutorials, and learning resources.
• Develop virtual education for customers and employees.
• Visit customer sites and coordinate with Education Development Specialist.
