Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Clinical Education professional to deliver onsite and virtual training for MRI systems and components at customer facilities. You will design, develop, and maintain training materials, ensuring expert technical guidance, excellent customer experience, and alignment with branding guidelines.

The role requires up-to-date knowledge of Siemens imaging systems, strong instructional skills, and the ability to travel 90–95% to customer sites across

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred.
• Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality required.
• Typically, 4+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Siemens MR system experience required.
• MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience - preferred.
• Teaching experience – preferred.
• Required Travel 90-95%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers as it relates to Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities and workflows.
• Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education as it relates to Siemens systems, software, features, functionalities, and workflows, for both internal and external Siemens partners.
• Develop training plans and materials focusing on onsite and virtual education modules.
• Develop and update educational content to improve customer and employee training.
• Coordinate with Education Development Specialist and training center instructors.
• Develop virtual education programs for customers and employees.
• Collaborate with trainers and leadership to align training with business needs.
