Temple Health's Fox Chase Cancer Center is seeking an MRI Assistant (part-time) to support MRI technologists with clerical tasks, patient prep, and patient transport. The position emphasizes accurate history taking and efficient exam setup in a high-volume radiology environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic life support certification, and an interest in radiology. Prior radiology terminology experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Enrollment in accredited Radiology program preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• General experience in medical/radiology terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists MRI Technologist in clerical and patient-related duties.
• Obtains patient history, assists in setup of patient exams, and transports patients as needed.
