We are seeking a highly experienced MRI Application Specialist with a strong background in Cardiac MRI (CMR) to support our clinical implementation and customer success initiatives. This role will serve as a clinical liaison and technical expert, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and support for healthcare clients for my clients solution.. The ideal candidate is a Cardiac MRI technologist with deep knowledge of CMR workflows and exceptional client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support & Training (Virtual and On-Site)

  • Deliver virtual and live training for healthcare professionals as part of product implementation.
  • Support clinical users in onboarding and integrating advanced CMR workflows.
  • Manage client escalations, contributing to case resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in defining and refining support models and tools in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Actively participate in building out user education strategies for technologists and clients.

On-Site Workflow Support

  • Provide hands-on support at clinical sites to ensure smooth product adoption and usage.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Champions to support clinical workflow enhancements.
  • Represent service excellence while engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.

Clinical Expertise

  • Review and provide expert input on Cardiac MRI images and use cases.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and quality management best practices.
  • Operate confidently in hospital and healthcare system environments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Cardiac MRI (CMR) experience, including workflow implementation.
  • Certified MRI Technologist with strong clinical experience.
  • Proficiency working with GE and/or Siemens MRI scanners.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, including compliance with PHI and QA standards.
  • Experience working in complex healthcare environments, such as hospitals or health systems.
  • Prior involvement in software/hardware implementation (preferred).
  • Proven track record managing escalations in alignment with service-level expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally with clinical and technical teams.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
