Principal Global Recruiter within Medical Imaging and AI

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MRI Application Specialist with a strong background in Cardiac MRI and hands‑on experience with Siemens and GE Healthcare MRI systems. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between clinical imaging and AI technology supporting our customers, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring optimal integration of our AI solutions into clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the clinical and technical expert for cardiac MRI applications across Siemens and GE platforms.
  • Provide on‑site and remote support for product demonstrations, installations, training, and post‑sales follow‑up.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to refine AI algorithms based on clinical feedback and user experience.
  • Translate complex imaging protocols and clinical needs into actionable feedback for our engineering and development teams.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and recommend best practices for AI integration in cardiac MRI environments.
  • Support clinical trials and validation studies by assisting with image acquisition, protocol optimization, and data quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders including radiologists, cardiologists, and technologists.
  • Stay up to date on advances in MRI techniques, AI in medical imaging, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of clinical MRI experience, with a strong focus on cardiac MRI.
  • Proficiency in both Siemens and GE Healthcare MRI systems.
  • In‑depth understanding of MRI physics, protocols, and cardiac anatomy/pathology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with both technical and clinical teams.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in applications support, product training, or clinical workflow consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in medical imaging.
  • Experience working in or with startup environments or health‑tech companies.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for customer support and collaboration with partners.
