Job summary

Ortho Rhode Island is seeking an MRI Aide to support the MRI team by greeting patients, screening for safety, and assisting with transfers and positioning. The role includes ensuring room cleanliness and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of MRI safety procedures. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth within a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations.
• Pertinent job-related experience and Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen patients for MRI examinations.
• Assist MRI technician and transfer/ position patients.
• Ensure MRI room cleanliness and supplies.
• Escort patients to/from MRI room and changing areas.
• Maintain HIPAA/ OSHA compliance and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
