Qualifications

• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries within MRI.
• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to support operations.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and forecasting.
• Prepare audit schedules and support external audits.
• Stay current on MRI-related industry trends and software updates.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Accountant with at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience , preferably in the real estate or property management industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with MRI Software and will be responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting for a portfolio of properties or corporate entities.

NOTE- The candidates with Real Estate accounting experience using MRI for the GL Accounting Module can apply, MRI (GL Module) experience is a MUST HAVE.

• Experience in real estate, property management, or commercial/residential leasing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• CA Qualified preferred.
