Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Legal eligibility to work in the US and ability to complete pre-employment testing.
• Good verbal communication and ability to follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Sorts recycled materials according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.
• Performs cleaning duties related to plant equipment and housekeeping.
• Reports system problems to supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Participates in safety training and meets attendance and safety benchmarks.
