Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician Supervisor for 3rd shift in Roseville, CA to oversee maintenance and operation of MRF equipment. You will lead technicians, manage PM programs, and ensure uptime and safety in a fast-paced recycling facility.

You should have strong mechanical troubleshooting, experience with conveyors, motors, electrical/PLC systems, and the ability to coordinate with operations, vendors, and suppliers to keep processing equipment reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance personnel in industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, electrical/PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program for MRF equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities.
• Lead maintenance personnel and coordinate with operations, vendors, and suppliers to keep processing equipment reliable.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.
