The General Manager role oversees daily business operations and ensures productivity within the RDS team and facility. The position requires strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining production quality, safety compliance, and efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Enforce safety and operational procedures across the facility.
