Precision Castparts in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Quality MRB Coordinator for the 2nd shift. You will support quality control, MRB processes, and customer requirements, ensuring castings meet rigorous standards.

You will collaborate with Quality Engineers, perform product quality audits, write QEIs, and assist in non-conformance processing. A proactive, independent worker with teamwork is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dimensional, visual, or NDT inspection experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers in reviewing customer drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Perform audits to monitor product quality, including visual inspections of castings and paperwork audits.
• Write and implement Quality Engineering Instructions (QEIs) and support quality system development.
• Assist in processing non-conformance, scrap, and customer return material.
• Support manufacturing operations as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and review shipment paperwork to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to solve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
