Job summary

Bell Wichita is seeking a Material Review Board Engineer to join the Operations Support MRB team. The role focuses on evaluating nonconforming airframe parts and designing original repairs, while coordinating with production, design, and supplier teams to ensure compliant dispositions.

You’ll participate in root cause investigations, support MRB processes, and mentor junior MRB candidates in a fast-paced aerospace environment at the Wichita facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering work experience in aircraft production support or airframe design.
• Proficiency in GD&T and structural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Dispositions non-conforming airframe parts per MRB policy.
• Develops engineering dispositions for nonconforming components.
• Supports MRB and Planning Review Board activities and root cause analysis.
• Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality and suppliers.
