Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, seeks an experienced MRB Engineer to support composite manufacturing in our Kent, WA facility. You will lead dispositioning of non-conformances, author MRB tags, and drive RCCA investigations to improve producibility and quality.

The role requires strong collaboration with production, quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment, with a focus on defect reduction and continuous improvement across composites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years in aerospace manufacturing or MRB roles.
• Experience with composites, honeycomb, bonded assemblies, and aerospace production.
• Strong shop-floor collaboration with operators, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Experience RCCA, failure investigations, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and aerospace quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and disposition non-conformances via MRB process.
• Prepare MRB tags and engineering dispositions per requirements.
• Provide engineering support for composite and aerospace products.
• Perform RCCA activities and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Design, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Identify trends and drive continuous improvement in producibility and quality.
