Job summary

Imperial Imaging Technology is seeking an experienced CT/MR Field Service Engineer to service MR imaging equipment across the Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL regions. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs at customer facilities.

You will manage installations, coordinate with customers and contractors, handle required compliance paperwork, and participate in an on-call rotation. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a field service engineer in the medical imaging industry.
• Training on OEMs such as GE, Siemens, Philips is a plus.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service and support through events that include planned maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on imaging equipment.
• Installation of imaging equipment with onsite visits and project management to ensure room specifications are met for a smooth installation process.
• Completion of all required state and federal paperwork for installation of medical imaging equipment.
• Managing assigned tickets with efficiency.
• Managing expectations with clear communication with internal teams and customers.
• On-call rotation with peers for after hours, weekends, holidays.
• Completion of all administrative duties and managing tickets, time, expenses in CRM.

Imperial Imaging is currently seeking an experiencedCT/MRField Service Engineerto service MR imaging equipment in theAtlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL areas.This position will be responsible for planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of advanced medical imaging equipment onsite at customer facilities. This position could involve overnight travel on occasion for service or educational/training events. Preferred Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience as a field service engineer in the medical imaging industry
• Training on the following OEM’s is a plus:
  • GE: CT/MRI
  • Siemens: CT/MRI
  • Philips: CT/MRI
• Detail oriented and self-motivated individual that takes pride in quality work and customer service
• Excellent communication skills with both internal team and customers
• Proficient with Microsoft 365

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide an industry leading level of customer service and support through customer events that include but not limited to: planned maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting and repairs on all types of x-ray equipment, digital imaging, c-arms, ultrasound and fluoroscopy.
• Installation of imaging equipment which could include some project management with onsite visits and planning with customers and contractors to ensure necessary room specifications are met for a smooth installation process
• Completion of all required state and federal paperwork associated with the installation of medical imaging equipment
• Managing assigned tickets with efficiency
• Managing expectations both internally and externally with clear communication
• On-call rotation with peers for after hours, weekends, holidays
• Completion of all administrative duties and managing tickets, time, expenses in CRM
