Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Lead MR imaging R&D role within Clinical Solutions. You will drive high-speed, high-quality imaging algorithms and translate prototypes into commercial products.

Responsibilities include collaborating with academic/clinical partners, advancing accelerated and motion-corrected imaging, and AI-driven reconstruction while ensuring clinical and regulatory readiness. Hybrid work with relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, math or physics.
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in MR image acquisition, reconstruction, or processing.
• Strong knowledge of MR physics, pulse sequences, and clinical imaging.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of signal processing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative research with academic and clinical partners.
• Advance accelerated imaging, motion correction, non-Cartesian and quantitative imaging.
• Drive AI-driven reconstruction developments.
• Disseminate scientific findings and align research with product strategy.
• Ensure clinical and regulatory readiness of research outputs.
