Job summary

• Domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plants under responsibility meet customer satisfaction related to product conformity.
• Prevent quality and non-quality cost levels from being exceeded.
• Support manufacturing sites to achieve quality targets (training, analysis, etc.).
• Participate in and support external escalation processes with customers.
• Provide related training to quality, customer, and certification systems in the territory.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Mission:

Manage Quality systems in the territory to ensure full compliance with Antolin guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assure that the plants under her/his responsibility achieve the expected customer satisfaction levels related to product conformity.
• Assure that the plants under her/his responsibility do not trespass the expected quality and non quality cost levels.
• To support the manufacturing sites to achieve the quality targets when necessary (training, technical analysis, etc.).
• To participate and support the external escalations processes with customers.
• Support for all related training to quality, customer and other certification systems in the territory.
• Completes other job related tasks as assigned
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years in automotive industry
• Mimimum of 5 years of experience in quality department,
• Experience managing teams
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.
• Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
• Visits to customer facilities and plants may require extended standing and walking.
• Ability to lift, move and manipulate parts required.
• May require domestic and international travel
