You will apply your systems engineering expertise to develop and trace requirements across design, development and tests, collaborating with MQ-9B leadership and customers to maintain alignment with program needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering with progressive experience (4+ yrs with bachelor, 2+ yrs with master).
• Understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory with broad application.
• Ability to learn quickly, organize, coordinate work phases, and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform system engineering activities focused on requirements management for UAS.
• Develop requirements for design, development, and integration across projects.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and allocate to system-level specs with traceability.
• Support the development of test plans and procedures; verify and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership, customers, and design teams to resolve system-level issues.
• Interface with internal and external personnel using strong communication and collaboration.
• Participate in technical reviews and system-level integration events.
• Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence in systems engineering.
