Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a Senior Director to oversee MQ-9 sustainment and training programs, directing global teams and ensuring delivery, compliance, and strategic execution across customer fleets.

You will lead the PSS Center, manage training devices, execute cross-functional programs, and develop executive-level proposals for DCS and FMS engagements with international customers, while guiding staffing and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; 15+ years in program management.
• At least 11 years in senior management positions; experience with schedules and budgets.
• Proven ability to initiate and manage projects, analyze complex issues, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees MQ-9 global sustainment and training policies and practices.
• Leads development, fielding, and sustainment of MQ-9 training devices across customers.
• Directs the PSS Center and shared-support functions for engineering, PM, and software maintenance.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, training, and career development of staff across P&L teams.
• Sets vision for MQ-9 sustainment and training portfolios with cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve resource conflicts.
• Develops executive reports and proposals; supports DCS and FMS for international customers.
• Assesses issues and provides solutions to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; promotes safety and confidentiality.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
