Job summary

SAIC seeks an MQ-9 Flight Simulator Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Responsibilities include on-site technical support, training delivery, and integration of GOTS, COTS, and EOM components for mission-ready simulations.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 2 years of experience; four years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Intermediate troubleshooting IT systems and hardware to support end-users and maintain uptime.
• Ability to work in secure environments with classified handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and systems support for MJAT and related MJAT family systems.
• Deliver on-site technical support and training for operators and maintainers.
• Integrate GOTS, COTS, and EOM software/hardware components; apply networking knowledge.
