Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a full time, non-remote MQ-9 Pilot to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay on O'ahu, Hawaii. The Instructor will provide instructional and curriculum support as needed and assist in executing the MQ-9 T&R syllabi.

The role requires prior qualification in MQ-9 training, NATOPS instruction, and a background as a military aircrew instructor for Group V UAS.

Qualifications

• Be qualified MQ-9 ANI, BIP, and CRMF (or USAF equivalent).
• Must have been a Military Aircrew Instructor for Group V UAS within the past five years.
• Or have been a simulator T&R or NATOPS Instructor for Group V UAV within the past five years.
• Minimum 200 live flight hours in aircraft T/M/S.
• Eligible to hold a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
• Support training evolutions with instruction, setup, preparation, and assistance in the execution of Syllabus levels 2000 and 6000.
• Attend scheduled flight briefs/ meetings as required.
• Participate in STAN meetings approximately every month.
• Attend monthly IP training meetings quarterly as directed.
• Perform as Basic Instructor Pilot, NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors (ANI), Crew Resource Facilitator (CRMF) as required.
• Be qualified in each phase of the MQ-9 Training and Readiness syllabi and VMU-3 requirements.
