Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a qualified MQ-9 Pilot to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay on O'ahu, Hawaii.

The instructor will provide instructional and curriculum support as needed and assist in executing the T&R syllabus levels 2000 and 6000, plus participate in scheduled flight briefs and VMU-3 meetings. Candidates must have MQ-9 ANI, BIP, CRMF (or USAF equivalent) with 200 flight hours and eligibility for a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• MQ-9 ANI, BIP and CRMF qualifications (or USAF equivalent).
• Former Military Aircrew Instructor for Group V UAS preferred.
• Simulator T&R or NATOPS Instructor experience within 5 years acceptable.
• Minimum 200 live flight hours in aircraft T/M/S.
• Eligibility for a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
• Support training evolutions with instruction, setup, preparation and execution of T&R Syllabus levels 2000 and 6000.
• Attend scheduled flight briefs and meetings as required.
• Participate in STAN meetings approximately monthly.
• Attend IP training meetings quarterly as directed.
• Perform as Basic Instructor Pilot, NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors (ANI), Crew Resource Facilitator (CRMF) as required.
• Be qualified in each phase of the MQ-9 Training and Readiness Manual syllabi and VMU-3 requirements.

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a full time, non-remote, MQ-9 Pilot to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay on O'ahu, Hawaii.

Position Requirements:

1. Be qualified MQ-9 ANI, BIP, and CRMF (or USAF equivalent)
2. Must have been a Military Aircrew Instructor for Group V UAS within the preceding five (5) years
3. Or have been a simulator T&R or NATOPS Instructor for Group V UAV within the preceding five (5) years.
4. And have minimum 200 live flight hours in aircraft T/M/S
5. Be eligible to hold a Secret Clearance

Position Responsibilities:

1. The Instructor will provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
2. The Instructor shall support training evolutions with instruction, setup, preparation, and assistance in the execution of T&R Syllabus levels 2000 and 6000.
3. The Instructor shall support and attend scheduled identified flight briefs and/or meetings as required.
4. Participate in STAN meetings as directed by VMU-3, approximately every month.
5. Attend monthly IP training meetings, once a quarter, as directed by VMU-3 training Department.
6. Perform as Basic Instructor Pilot, NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors (ANI), Crew Resource Facilitator (CRMF) as required.
7. Be qualified in each phase of the MQ-9 Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual syllabi and VMU-3 operational requirements
