Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a full time, non-remote MQ-9 Pilot to serve as a Simulator Contractor Instructor at MCAS Kaneohe Bay on O'ahu, Hawaii. The Instructor will provide instructional and curriculum support as needed and assist in executing the MQ-9 T&R syllabi.

The role requires prior qualification in MQ-9 training, NATOPS instruction, and a background as a military aircrew instructor for Group V UAS.

Qualifications

Be qualified MQ-9 ANI, BIP, and CRMF (or USAF equivalent).
Must have been a Military Aircrew Instructor for Group V UAS within the past five years.
Or have been a simulator T&R or NATOPS Instructor for Group V UAV within the past five years.
Minimum 200 live flight hours in aircraft T/M/S.
Eligible to hold a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide instructional and curriculum support as needed.
Support training evolutions with instruction, setup, preparation, and assistance in the execution of Syllabus levels 2000 and 6000.
Attend scheduled flight briefs/ meetings as required.
Participate in STAN meetings approximately every month.
Attend monthly IP training meetings quarterly as directed.
Perform as Basic Instructor Pilot, NATOPS Instrument Evaluators and Assistant NATOPS Instructors (ANI), Crew Resource Facilitator (CRMF) as required.
Be qualified in each phase of the MQ-9 Training and Readiness syllabi and VMU-3 requirements.
