Responsibilities

• Advise IT specialists and analysts to resolve complex issues with application servers, network architecture (firewalls/ports), applications, space utilization, backup/recovery, and testing techniques.
• Plan and manage sustainment, modification, and modernization of the MQ-4C network across multiple sites, including software updates and tuning host systems.
• Participate in defining and implementing operational testing programs, develop network solutions, and train end users.
• Formulate programming specifications, apply software reuse techniques, and review coding for adherence to standards.
