Job summary

United Safety & Survivability Corporation is seeking an MPS Production Scheduler in our Supply Chain department. This role translates the SIOP plan into weekly and daily production and pick-and-pack schedules to align with capacity and staffing.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to ensure material readiness, maintain master data in ERP/MRP, monitor schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or Business.
• 1-3 years of experience in production scheduling, materials planning, or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong communication and ability to manage competing priorities to maintain schedule.

Responsibilities

• Translate the SIOP plan into weekly and daily MPS schedules.
• Balance demand, material availability and line capacity to create executable plans.
• Communicate schedule requirements to Team Leaders to set priorities.
• Maintain master data (routings, lead times, capacities) in ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor schedule adherence and escalate variances.
