Job summary

NAES is seeking a Production Control Manager to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure on-time customer delivery through effective production planning, procurement coordination, and scheduling.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to optimize capacity and material availability, lead the project and performance reviews, and guide a production planning team toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
  • Leadership: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Preferred Experience: Aerospace, defense, or complex discrete manufacturing.
  • Certifications: CPIM, CSCP, PMP, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Software/Equipment Knowledge: MPS development, ERP/MRP, project scheduling, schedule risk management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication & leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
